What is THE TINY RED BARN? Well it’s a labor of love being built by us (Class A contractor, Stephen and wife, Virginia) for guests looking to just get out and away from all the crazy.  Located in Lanexa, VA (centered between Richmond and Williamsburg) on the Reservoir with water views, wooded trails and sunsets. It’s a Getaway. An Escape. A place to refresh and just be. We feel like we're on vacation every day of the year and look forward to sharing our 26 acres with you.

The Tiny Red Barn has the aesthetic of a tiny horse barn but it's actually a comfortable and spacious floor plan (1000 Sq Ft) with a stylish kitchen, an industrial styled bath, serene sleeping areas for 6 guests and washer and dryer. We have chosen finishes and amenities that will provide all the comforts of home. The Tiny Red Barn sits atop what we call The Knoll overlooking the reservoir and surrounded by canopies of pine trees and hardwoods.

Heavily wooded land with rolling trails, provides a backdrop and shelter for birds, turkey, deer, squirrels, turtles, and some pets like chickens and bees. A large amount of our property borders the water which opens to a whole other side of nature. Canadian geese, blue herons, bald eagles, ducks, great fishing, kayaking, canoeing are all just steps away.

The screened in porch provides bug free enjoyment as you relax and take in the sights and sounds.
